My dog almost got ran over, did he get an internal injury?

So today I was coming home from school and when I opened the door my dog ran outside and tried running across the street. Then the bus came and didn't stop, but when it came I saw my dog quickly roll over. Even my friend was there on the other side of the bus and he didn't see anything. My dog didn't cry or anything and we called his name and he quickly ran back. We checked his legs, his head, and his whole body and nothing seemed to be wrong except for he got a couple of scrapes but we think only because he rolled over on the road. After that he seemed fine, and he was even playing with our other puppy and smiling, and going up and down the stairs. We even played fetch just to make sure he was okay, and he ran to get the ball and brought it back. Just in case, is there any chance he could've gotten an internal injury? He's not coughing or bleeding inside his mouth. By the way, he's not a puppy, he's 3 years old.

you should take your dog to the vet. there is no sure way to tell if there is something wrong inside, and it would be good to have them look at his other scrapes. I hope your dog is ok!
EDIT: Dog's are really good at hiding their pain, so just take him to the vet to be absolutely sure.

How do you expect any of us to be able to tell you if your dog has internal injuries!?!? We can't reach through our computers and do a physical exam on your dog! You should be calling your vet and asking them what they suggest you do!

that is still a puppy and the only one that can tell you if he is hurt on the inside is your vet but if I was you I wouldnt take any chances with him because you dont know what might happen later on so take him to vet
