Will Joel Zumaya have the same fastball after his injury?

Joel Zumaya was arguably the hardest thrower of all time a couple of years ago when the tigers made there playoff run. Consistently hitting 100-102 mph, and even getting as high as 103-104 on occasion. I remember watching those playoff games and getting excited just to see the radar gun reading at the top of the screen when he pitches. Do you think we'll see the same kind of velocity this year or do you think he'll hover around 97-98 or something like that?
