How much settlement money am I entitled to for permanent facial scars due...

...to a work related injury? I was injured at work in 2006 and was recently forced back to work without being released by my doctor. Anyhow I was injured with facial and lip lacerations that required several surgeries to correct, the defect in my nostril is still there and I am now permanently scarred on my nose due to the surgeries and the injury itself. I went to court and they determined an amount that THEY deemed reasonable for me to settle upon. $10,000.00, but I havent signed any papers to sign off on it as of yet, and I probably will not. I also recently heard that I can sue for quite a bit more since it is a permanent facial scar that I am going to have to live with the rest of my life, which is probably another 40 - 50 yrs. I just want to know what amount of money am I legally entitled to sue the insurance company that paid my bills for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
