Can someone please explain why I'm having the simulation of body temperature fluctuations after a head injury?

I got kicked in the back of the head, just above the neck, last night. (It was an accident on a trampoline.) I did not lose conciousness. I did see a flash of light and then nothing for less than a minute. Since then I've had a headache but I feel very, very cold and then very, very hot. I check my temperature and it's completely normal. I can't get to the doctor until tomorrow morning. Can somebody please tell me what this is?
