Big Toe Injury?

When i was coming in the high, i stubbed my big toe on one of the steps and it hurted badly. No, it hurts when I bend it too much or when i walk on it. The toe isnt the problem as so much as the bone hurts when i put any pressure on it. The part that hurts is the part between my toe and the the bottom of my foot!! I want to know whats the injury called and what i can do for it???
