Bob b has a spectacular aura about
rotator cuff injury!?

On the 6th of November last year whilst bench pressing I felt my shoulder pop out and in. I didnt see a doctor/physio at the time because I could still lift my arm over head but id feel pain. Anyway since Novemeber, its been a good 4 months since that time and the majority of rotator cuff pain is GONE however I still slightly feel it when lifting up and I'm sure ill feel it a bit more if i decide to bench again. I haven't doen any weight training since becoz I am scared it will pop out/in again. I don't think i have done anything major to my rotator cuff as I don't really feel the pain when i do everyday stuff unless i start lifting my arms to the sky and start stretching - then i feel a slight pain.
How badly do you think ive injured my rotator cuff based on my above description? Do u think its just a sprain and will go away on its own?
How long did your rotator cuff pain take to heal?
Once my RC pain subsides do you think I can resume lifting weights without any problems?
