| Knee injury-No pain?- help me out here...? Two months ago I had a wrestling tournament. On the bus ride up the second day, my knee was feeling a bit tight, although nothing noticable happened to it the first day. I started warming up when I got there, and it still stayed tight. In my third match, I bent my knee when I knelt down, and I felt it pop a few times. There was not really any pain, and it only swelled up a bit after the match (and I did ice). My knee remained really stiff for the next week or so (kept icing), and then the stiffness stopped. However, when I bend my knee all the way (like in a quad stretch), it pops. It pops again as I unbend it. I talked to the school trainer about it, and she said she thought it would be a meniscus tear, except for that I'm experiencing no pain. Wrestling's over now, and I figured I should finally get my knee fixed. I'm going to an orthopedic in a week or so, but I was wandering if anyone has heard of this before and if they have any suggestions for treatment. Thank Sorry I didn't mention this before, but the popping occurs on the inner side of my knee, if that helps any. |

| I would say it might be dislicated. But you wouldn't be able to walk too well, and i suppose it would hurt quite a bit. As for the tear, possible. I have had things like MAJOUR bruises and things, and they don't hurt at all. I'm not too sure about this. |
