what is needed when a person has a personal injury claim & is seeking

future loss of earnings? i damaged my knee a few years ago and am not able to work as a tiler like i had trained for,i have a lower paid job now.my knee is still giving me problems.my solicitor says every thing is going fine,but sometimes i wonder,do they just tell us what they think we want to hear.
