| advice on whiplash injury?
hi folks, my car was hit from behind, whilst parked up in a public car park (i was in the drivers seat at time) my back bumper is damaged, and I am suffering from whiplash, (seen doc, off work for at least a week) other driver has admitted liability, and is insured. any advice for my next step? do i go through my insurance company for any injury claim? (don't really have money to employ my own solicitor) thanks.      |
