Kaaatie has a spectacular aura about
What can I do to prevent running injuries?

I just started running outside cause its getting a tad warmer and my neighborhood route is very hilly (lots and lots of little and medium sized ones; its pretty dreadful! lol).
I am so afraid of injuring myself. My friend's father said that he used to run a lot and once he got older his knees were/are terrible.
I DON'T want this to happen to me!

I'm not super prone to injury from exercise (that I know of..) so I'm just not sure whether I'm more susceptible to it or not yet.

So what can I do before, during, and after running to prevent injuries in the future?
btw:

I'm 16
and I do have running shoes. I think they're Asics Gel 1130 (not completely sure). I know they are Asics though..lol
