I havn't personally and I have been hurt for real and had to sit out for a week. The first day it was kinda fun to just sit there and watch but after that it was painful to watch everyone run and not to be allowed. I know people who has said everything from a headache to that they sprained their ankle (even though they played soccer in gym class that day)

Then you prbably suck. If you give no effort, youll go nowhere. Why the hell are you doing something if you hate. Leave running for the runners. Maybe you should try StairMaster. Plus your coaches arent stupid. Tip: Dont fake a pulled hamstring and be back in three days. I hate it when people run track as a "filler" sport just to put on a college application. A$$hole.
