piece of my finger was cutted off and the doctor gave me 2 weeks off now my boss dont want to compensate me for the 2 weeks

First, go back and carefully read your question. There is a disturbing lack of concern for correct grammar and punctuation. I would strongly suggest that you ask about a high school equivalency program. I'm not sure if you are just looking for two weeks pay, or to be permanently disabled from this injury. I suspect that you, like many people today are looking for "anything I can get" for nothing. Be thankful that nothing else was " cutted off", as you so aptly put it. Take care of your injured finger, and get on with a productive life.
