my knee bone is different because of my knee injury on the cement?

3 weeks ago, its doesn't hurt as much as it did before, but the bone is protrudant than it was before. is this bad? if i push on it, it still hurts. if it doesn't hurt, will it go in again?
i've been running on that knee intensely after the injury and i weigh a lot
