Wrist Injury?

I was wrestling and playing around with my boyfriend a few days ago and well everything was fine until he hit my wrist. I felt a shooting pain but didnt care much about it. after that day. my wrist hurts.. i know its not broken but i cant move it a certain way or lift anything too heavy.. i cant even open a laptop :\... what should i do? is it a sprain?

It probably is a sprain. Keep ice on it as much as you can, rest it, keep it elevated, and wrap it with a splint to protect it. Sprains will never heal if you don't take care of them. Use your other hand until the sprained wrist recovers.
