I Can However Tell You That Quad Sets And Short Arc Quads Are The Best Exercise To Strengthen The Muscles In The Knee. Quad Sets Laying Down, Press Your Knee Flat Which Should Tighten The Top Muscle, Hold For A Count Of 5, Then Relax. You Can Do 20 Reps Times Two A Day. Short Arc Quads Laying Down With A Rolled Up Pillow Under That Knee Lift Foot Off Bed Until Knee Is Straight Count To 5 And Lower Slowly To Bed. Start With 10 Reps Twice A Day And Work Up To 20 Reps. Once Again Please Consult Your Physican About The Knee Brace. |
