| Treatment for Navicular Injury? I have been getting pain in the midfoot (navicular?) and hurts during activity including jogging or jumping. I haven't done any special treatment or seen the doctor about it yet. It has been like this over 6 months. When I move my foot up and down, I can feel some crackling in the fibula. Can anyone provide recommendations as to how I can diagnose this or will it heal naturally?      |
