What do I need to prove / qualify for an Employment related Pyschiatric Injury / Illness claim for damages against employer? It relates to initial Bullying then to Employers breach of procedures / abuse of policies and authority and then dismissal. Employer was aware of vulnerability following a previous bullying issues. Ive been off months now because Employer failed to deal with complaints correctly then added to total breakdown / suicidal thoughts by their actions.

sounds really painful dude. seriously, you need to find a lawyer who deals with employment issues. i am not sure if you will find one on here. besides no one knows the state of the incident and cannot help you there too. find a lawyer in your area.
