Ear injury....help?

About a month ago I had a serious yawn I heard a LOUD pop in my ear and my hear hurt (more than a hard hit to the body, but less than being hit so hard I chipped a tooth and 2 went loose(I had a fun weekend... great painkillers)) since then I can hear noise in that ear, but I also hear the echo of my own voice or breathing which drowns almost all of it out...
Anybody know what might have happened!?!... please no random guesses i would like asome1 who has had a similar problem or known some1 with it or some1 who is at least in college majoring medical field
