Help, im depressed about my stupid injury?

i need to still do so much work for tomorrow. i hit my knee really hard on the cement and now the bone is altered and is way bumpier, plus i was overweight when this happened, so it's worse. i went on a diet after this and ran with my overweight body and it kept getting bruised afterwards. is it bumpier because i ran a lot after this? im also so worried that this will affect my growth, i desperately want to be taller and i want stretch hard , but it might have an effect on my knee. i also have a stress about lifting heavy weights a lot when i was young, so i wonder if i could have grown more. i can't believe the fact that i have to live with this knee for the rest of my life.
