| Old Injury?
Many year's ago, I picked up something heavy, like a large pan and kept the weight ongoing for obviously a while on my wrist, ever since I pick up a pan that's heavy, my wrist cannot maintain the weight and I just have to get the pan back down without twisting it, infact, I generally do it a certain way now as i'm used to it, but I can never get used to the pain, it's an awful kind of pain in my left wrist & when I have this pain, there is no way I can twist it, as I am only too aware of what will happen. What kind of injury is this? can anybody tell me please? Is there any possible way this can be treated? |

Could also be Tendonitis, there is no cure.Make sure you keep the wrist supple, try steroidal tablets, but over a long period of time they can affect organs,ie liver, pancreas and kidneys. Steroid injections are helpful for a short while, but are painful! Catch22. |
