I have a domestic battery charge pending.Injury was caused but my husband did

not press charges.What happens? I already went to jail for 1 night and got released on a signature bond. This is my 1st offense. My court date is April 30,2008. My husband states that he did not press charges. Will I be prosecuted anyway? I am in Arkansas.
