TINY has a spectacular aura about
Weight lifting injury???

I'm 21 years old. Have been bodybuilding for 3 years now.. A week ago I went to they gym and did my back and lats. I was doing the pull down machine with more weight than I usually put on and I didn't feel it at first, but later on that night it started to bother my right shoulder. I played tennis the next day for 2 hours and the next day after that it really started hurting. My left shoulder has been hurting me moderately for the past year, but my right one never hurt before and now hurts worse than the left one ever did. It's not an unbearable pain, but it did make me worry and stop lifting for the past week. I do a lot of upper body strength training and I am worried that this will affect my lifting routine. Should I be worried about this?? The part that hurts is where the collarbone connects with the arm bone (right at the top of my shoulder). I can put my finger on where the pain is, so it is not internal.
