| Injury prone?
I have noticed recently that i am injury prone recieving several leg strains whilst playing some football. I recieve the injuries from simple kicks of the football. Is there anything you can do to not be injury prone |

do light stretches like the other people here said, but focus on STRENGTHENING. Do your regular leg strengthening exercises (squats, knee extensions) or better yet, practice on your kicking biomechanics. work on your swing, lightly kick the ball as a workout in itself. If it's your hamstring being strained, then do some stretches (toe touches) and hamstring curls to strengthen them.
