Which is a better running surface for my feet (to avoid injuries)?

In order to avoid injuries which running surface is the best for my feet

1. Sand on the beach
2. road
3. 400m track field
4.treadmill
5. cement

please rank these by which one is the "most forgiving" or better for my feet.

also add in #6 miami beach wooden boardwalk

road, treadmill, and cement... just get a good running shoe and you'll be fine
sand on beach is good for agility
400m track field is probably really good because it absorbs shock
but if you've got a good running shoe
any should be fine
