Katie has a spectacular aura about
injuries at Liverpool this season?

To what extent do you think that player injuries have affected the season overall, especially having Agger out all season.
I'm not looking for fans of other teams dissing liverpool or its fans, I just want to know if anyone thinks that this has made an impact. if you don't have anything productive to say, don't answer at all because I don't care how you feel about our so called "excuses". I'm not saying that the team is doing horribly because these injured players are not there, I just think think they are key players whose absences have made an impact.

Agger has been a huge loss, even though Sami has done great covering.

But Agger brings something completely different to our defence...composure, ball skills and brilliant distribution that not even our Carra can match. It's a real shame, because I was looking forward to seeing how much further the Carra-Agger partnership could progress. Oh well, next season!

As for other injuries, I think we could have done with Aurelio available the whole season...I'm not a fan of Riise at the moment, and Fabio was playing great right up untill his injury last season...must have been so disapointing for him.

I think were also missing Finnan at the moment. Carragher's had to fill in at RB the last couple of games, which has lost us the option of attacking from the right wing, aswell as weakening our central defence. (Even though Sami and Skrtel have been doing pretty well)

Overall, I don't think the injuries have affected our season majorly...I think we've got a good enough squad to compensate for any loss to injury (excluding Torres, Gerrard and Carra). Things could have been different with Agger though.

Yes, making excuses. If liverpool are such a top team they shouldnt be putting the blame on other things. Like Real Madrid getting tossed out of the Champions League, pundits put it down to "no Ruud or Robben" but they are Real Madrid, not Ruud FC. Same as Liverpool, you are not Agger FC or anything like that. When United lost Rooney, nobody complained.
