Mr brother just got this neck injury...?

My 7 year old brother knocked his head intomy torso when we were just like playfully wrestling and now he can't move his neck w/o severe pain. My dad just took him to the hospital and I was wondering if anyone out ehre has a medical opinion on this kind of neck injury. My brother said it hurts the back of his neck but there is no evident bruise. Any opinions?

I would find a good chiropractor. some have a wholistic background & are very honest & caring. I worked at a hospital & they do nothing except give drugs or surgery. A good chiropractor is good to have.
