steve Y has a spectacular aura about
Knee Injury?

i recently got arthroscopic surgery on my knee to remove plica on the inside of my knee. i finished rehab and i'v been back to normal routine lifting weights perfectly fine. i recently joined rugby and i had my first game. the day after my game i had the worst pain on the OUTSIDE of my knee. i play on the scrum and my knee has not been exposed to that type of "pressure" i guess you can say. i can barely bend my 90 degress without any pain. it is extremely painful does anyone have an idea of what it might be??
