| Would you recommend cortisone injection for my rotator cuff injury? I have a minor RC injury and have been rehabbing it for a few weeks now. My doc has said he can give me a cortisone inj. on monday. Would you have it done? if not why? I am really eager to get better as my weightlifting is going down the pan because of this injury      |
