| Anyone have experience with a rotator cuff injury? I think I hurt my rotator cuff on Friday while lifting. Saturday it hurt a little and it was worse on Sunday. By this morning I could not do one pushup without pain from that shoulder. It is definitely not the muscle.
Has anyone injured this area, how long until it heals, what remedies did you use, and can I work out at all as it gets better? I know better than to substitue yahoo answers for a doctor visit- I'm just looking for a little advice as to how long I should expect it to last and if I can get away with a few curls.
