recover from finger injuries???

hi i play guitar ... the problem is i have this injuries in my fingers...

i my left hand index finger just got injured like 1 month ago and its better but i cant bend it too fat or it hurts the same to the front.... , also my right hand index was injured like 3 years ago playing basketball (left hand playing basketball also) and i cant bend it but not like to the front or back its like the motion you would to to close your fist but with out moving the fingers to the front.. and one injurie that affects my playing the most i think is the one from my left hand middle finger nothing happened but.... i dont know why it is kinda crooked thats not the problem but every time i like lift it up like mmm i dont know how to say... the motion you do to say **** you lol... well the middle finger hurts alot when doing bends or playing for a while, etc.. the right hand index hurts a lot when playing for a long time with the pick, and the left hand only as described
