Possible calf injury from a workout?

I have decided for a while to work out to get in shape. Well, I finally decided to work out on Saturday night. So I stretched me legs, and put on the radio to jog for 10 minutes straight non-stop. It was a light jog (I am asthmatic, and I didn't require my inhaler for this jog). However, afterwards my pulse was at 102 (so I did do some kind of work out). And almost immediately I felt it in my right calf. Then I woke up Sunday morning, with the feeling as though I had worked out (the good pain from a work out), but gradually it got worse. By Sunday night it hurt worse. Then this morning, and almost all day I feel as though I have been limping. The pain is in both calfs, but mostly on the right side. I can feel it most when walking normally, and when pulling my foot up or extending it. Also when I step down from a curb. I have also taken ibprofen today (2 pills, 2x today), with no relief. Does this sound like a pulled muscle or what do you think it is? How can I find relief
