internal injuries in my dog?

i accidentally stepped on my 3 year old 2 lb yorkie last night and now i'm worried she may have internal injuries. she seems fine, she's eating/drinking, not yelping in pain when i touch her, walking and being normal but this morning when she peed it was a light red colort. it wasn't spotty or anything. is it possible she could have internal injuries even though she's acting perfectly fine??

if i see anymore blood in her urine i'm taking her to the vet and it can't be that she's in heat because she was fixed when she was a puppy. thanks so much.
