Could anyone give me some tips on what I can do to help my arm injury?

Ok, currently Im uninsured. I will be getting insurance soon but for the mean time I need to deal with this arm injury myself. Im a martial artist and I train my limbs on trees. Now usually Im fine but I got carried away a few days ago and really went to town on the tree with my elbow. Now it was ok until yesterday in sparring when I was using more than my usual fair share of elbows. It didnt feel like it was hurt until after class. Now my right arm feels heavier than my left (I think its swollen) and I can neither extend the limb fully or curl it in fully without really forcing it and dealing with allot of pain. Does anyone have any idea of what I may have done to my elbow, if its serious, and what I can do until my insurance kicks in to help it or analyze that problem? I'd really appriciate , thanks for your time
oh also exerting any force with that arm causes the same kind of pain as when I stretch out the limb. I dont know it it helps but the elbow area feels really bulky
