forehead and nose injury?

i have a four yrs old and she was at school and they called me and said she was in the nurse office cause when they were out side playing she fell from the slide face first and she is pretty bang up on the forehead and nose area i gave her motrin for the pain cause i was thinking she had to had a headack but she told me later this evening that it was still hurting her and it was kind of consurning me if something wasnt right . my question is should i be consurned are will she be ok . she is slepping now and i told my husband if she wakes up in pain i was going to take her to the er for some scans to be dont and am scared to go to sleep cause i dont want to leave her incase something happens well gona go with my baby please give advise and be nice thanks alot for those who answer.
just to know she was fine when i went to the school she was awake no bleeding she as a little brusing around the nose but for know no brusing on the out side of the forehead but thats what is consurning me maybe a blood clot are somthing like that
