| Gymnastics back injury - tips for a fast recovery? My husband was performing a forward roll from a standing position practicing for his martial arts, and he did it wrong causing him to topple over and hit his back on the ground and heard a slight cracking noise. He can move all right, but says his back is really sore (feels like he might have pulled a muscle) and was wondering about how long such an injury takes to heal and what he can do to speed his recovery as much as possible. Thanks! |
