| mile comeback from injury?
i ran the mile in track but i sprained my arch i am recovering and i can finaly walk (not very well) now and theres exactly 1 month before districts my times b4 the injury were up and down from 5;30. but i barely trained i ran like twice a week and not hard, i just pole vaulted but my school only has one pole and it is too long so i cant bend it, tho we are supposed to get new poles soon do you think i can get my time below 5 minutes in a month minus recovery time , or should i try sticking to pole vaulting i was at 9'6 before and i need about 11'6 12 to get to regionals
