Shoulder injury?

I got hit in hockey up against the glass and my shoulder blade is killing me and its been 4 days and it still hurts i can only lift it half the way up and it hurts. Also theres its swollen and theres a little bulge under my shoulder blade i have dislocated it before what should i do go to the chiropractor or get an xray
