My dog got in a fight and has multiple small injuries what do i do?

My dog attacked this other dog (an akita) on the street while i was walking her and she was bit in the face and she has a small hole in her cheek. also she was kicked by the man to get my dog off (which is smaller) his dog. she also has a scraped upper toe pad which is pink but no bleeding shes just licking it. also some of her nails got scraped till they bled because it was on the cement. since these happned on thursday she is eating and acting fine except that she limps once in a while and licks her front foot alot. since these r small injuries and since at this point the vet is NOT and option unless shes dying are there any home remedys i can use? on the wound in her face i used neosporin and it closed up the next day but im worried about it.
As for the fight the man was mad but said he wouldnt call the police or anything plus i didnt stay to see what would happen next that would just be stupid on my part. and the dogs didnt sustain life threatning injuries so there is no need to take it to the vet get charged 100s of dollars for something i could have fixed and healed at home for like $20.
