my insurance declined doctors order to have removed by surgery it often tickles not

hurt but swells do you agr Does periodic duct stone in my doctor assumed area under ear been known to tingle tickle rather than hurt swells and at times is quite annoying insurance refused to cover doctors referal to have surgicly removed had a year now could this be something more serious HELP PLEASE
