kind of a confusing question about bipolar disorder and insurance?

I'm bipolar and i was wondering if i got a personal trainer if there was a way that my insurance could cover it? Because everything i have read or heard has said that it would really help but unfortunately I don't know what i am doing when it comes to lifting, and there is a medical reason to back it up but i didn't know if they would go for that or not. So if anybody knows the answer to this please get back to me thank you!
