Honestly, it will be cheaper to just pay for the birth control. If you can't afford the one you are on, ask the doctor to give you the generic brand, or a different one. There are tons of pills out there. Also, the doctor may have samples in his office you could have. But paying a high insurance premium every month just so they'll pay for your pills is not worth it, and you will probably still have to pay a copay anyway. Or, try www.needymeds.com. It is a website from the drug companies that offer free/reduced price meds for people that need it.
