| someone smashed into my car and is vague about insurance company- what would you do?
when he hears it is £1800 worth of damage I dont think he is going to want to pay. He tried to get me to go to a garage miles away where he knows someone that can probably bodge it and I said no. He was vague about his main line phone, I have his reg number but no witnesses. He admitted liability fingers crossed he is insured if he does not want to pay that sort of money - what do you reckon?
