I have mobile phone insurance with CPP....?

....i made a claim yesterday because my sister dropped my phone down the loo. they sent me a replacement but it was pink...and im a lad so i obv don't want a pink bloody phone when it was a white one in the first place!!. it looks as though im not gonna get it changed again so does anyone know where i stand with this???
