| "clean Title" yet insurance co says "salvaged"?
My husband just bought a car, needed a lil work nothing major. (new radiator wires and brakes so far)registerd insured it ect. 2 weeks later we get a notice from the insurance company saying our car is considered "salvaged" and they wont cover it. The title never stated it was salavaged and nothing came up in the dmv. All the co says is that it was like in a flood or somthing. I am not sure how this all works. do i fight the insurance ppl or do i take the person i bought the car from to court for not disclosing the information?
