| NEW CAR!! TEXAS, signed ALL papers, NO INSURANCE, didn't drive off. want...
...to cancel. PLEASE HELP!? I live in TEXAS. I signed all of the new papers for a new, used car, from toyota yesterday. I even signed all of the financing papers..everything was done, except I was not able to drive the car off the lot because I could not get insurance, and it does not seem that I am going to be able to get it because I just can't find one that I can comfortably afford. I don't want the car anymore, but I am wondering if I can cancel because I could not find insurance. Is this a term on the contract? What happens when a person can't get insurance? How would I go about cancelling it? Remember, I live in TEXAS.. and if you can show me a source to your answer, that would be great.      |
