Individual Health Insurance HMO? Where can I find a plan?

I need to find health insurance that is a HMO in the state of Ohio. I want an HMO because I do NOT want a deductible. I just don't make enough money to pay for insurance and then pay for my health care...that's why I need insurance in the first place. I don't care if I have a co-pay though.
Also, I am in good health and I don't smoke or drink. I just need insurance for little things like seeing a doctor for an annual checkup/OB-GYN Type things. Dental would be nice though.
