how do i get a ps2 internet setup disc?

Go to micro center or game stop ( i prefer micro center cause it has everything)

to set up your internet connection? if you don't have the disc you can use a game that sets it up for you, I used Ratchet and Clank: Deadlocked, but I heard most sports games do it too
