I opened a link to a porn website(without knowing it)...and I think I got

something...cuz my internet run slow I already posted a question about this issue.
some1 told me to get ADAWARE and SPYBOT

I have spybot already...and Im gettin adaware right now...

But ...I dont get what he meant by....run my computer in safe mode....how do I do that???
