UMTS (3G) device or Mobile internet connection shared via bluetooth to...

...other PC or MAC users? I am very interested on how to effectivly use a UMTS (3G) device and or a Mobile phone internet connection that can be shared via bluetooth to other PC or MAC users for a temporary solution? please give input if you know about these cases, thank you for helping!
