Internet on cell phones?

Does it cost money (per month, year, etc.) to use the internet on a Pantech Duo or a Tilt? I would love to use the internet, but will not if it costs additional payments...

I believe that the cost of internet access for smart phones is built into the price of the plans. If you just want a voice plan, which does not automatically include internet access, yes, you will pay "extra" for it. If you choose a voice and data plan, the monthly costs will be higher than a voice only plan, but include internet access costs. The voice and data plans also give you a few more perks over voice only plans.
